6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pricing: Certain features of the Services may be offered for a fee (e.g., premium subscriptions, detailed reports). Pricing is displayed within the Services.
• Payments: You authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the Service features you select.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your account settings or through the platform you purchased it from (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ten Apps, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
